Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Saiha Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refund requests related to our software products and services.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for software subscriptions, digital services, or development projects will only be considered if requested within 14 days of order confirmation.

  1. The implementation or development process has already been initiated.
  2. Server or domain services have been purchased on behalf of the client.
  3. Access to demo credentials, production servers, or source code has already been shared.

Non-Cancellable Services
Custom software development, cloud deployment services, and digital marketing campaigns are non-refundable once initiated.

  1. No cancellation is allowed for perishable or consumable digital deliverables such as ad credits, reports, licenses, or one-time strategy documents.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  1. Service non-delivery due to technical limitations from Saiha's side.
  2. Genuine dissatisfaction reported with clear feedback and usage records, verified by our support team.
  3. Delivery of a defective or non-functional software module, provided no further implementation has been done by the client.

All refund requests must be reported to support@saihasoft.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  1. The software was delivered as per agreed specifications.
  2. Training or onboarding has been completed.
  3. Third-party services or APIs are involved (e.g., SMS gateway, payment gateway).

Processing Time
Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6–7 days.
